We had to make the most of our two days in Israel, so today we took another full day tour. This time going south from Haifa along the coast to explore Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
We set out at 8:15 A.M. again. Mordachai, our guide, brightened the lengthy drive with historical factoids. Tel Aviv is so modern and full of high-tech business. Jaffa is very artistic and historical. We had an excellent lunch again at a waterfront restaurant; then a walking tour of Jaffa; then bussed back up to Tel Aviv for another walking tour; then back to the Spirit by 5:30 P.M. for another elegant evening.
